Accessories such as trims, gutters and fascias can be customized to enhance the aesthetics. We have an unlimited color palette to choose from, in addition to our standard colors. Combining steel with other materials such as brickwork or glass gives unlimited scope in architectural design.

Functional versatility

There is no one-size-fits-all with pre-engineered steel buildings. The buildings´structures can be customized to reach their maximum potential. Pebsteel can handle huge unobstructed indoor spaces, with up to 180m between columns and large bay spacing up to 15m.

Kicking off with your initial ideas, Pebsteel will propose a fast and binding plan in terms of design, fabrication, erection, costs, and schedule.

1 - Conceptual design

Following initial consultations, it’s time to get to work. We work with you to put effective solutions forward.

2 - Proposal drawings

At the design stage, we work out architectural design details, as well as cost and schedules.

3 - Contract awarded

Once an agreement is reached, we sign a contract and get the ball rolling.

4 - Detailed drawings

Our professional engineers create technical drawings in compliance with the latest international codes.

5 - Fabrication

Building materials are fabricated and tested across multiple factories in Vietnam and Myanmar prior to shipping.

6 - Erection

Materials are shipped to the site. Your building is erected under on-site Quality Control supervision.

7 - Warranty

We built it. We maintain it. At Pebsteel we regard our customers as family; we’ve got you covered.
