On May 17–18, Pebsteel was proud to collaborate with VinaCapital Foundation (VCF), the Department of Health of Bac Kan Province, and Hanoi Heart Hospital to organize a free congenital heart screening program for children in Bac Kan Province.
Aimed at the early detection and timely intervention of congenital heart defects, the program received strong support and participation from local families who brought their children for health check-ups. At the event, Pebsteel employees supported the organization and guided children and their families throughout the screening process – creating truly meaningful and heartfelt moments.
Since its launch in 2016, the screening program in Bac Kan has reached 6,553 children, identified 163 cases of congenital heart disease, and enabled 102 children to undergo early surgery—powerful numbers that reflect the deeply humanitarian mission behind the initiative.
This activity stands as a testament to Pebsteel’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility, consistently striving to create positive and lasting value for the community.
