Job Description
- Search for new clients local & overseas who might benefit from company products or services and maximize potential customers in designated regions;
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, ICCC… through different ways including customer visits, cold calls, products/solutions presentation…
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - speak with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
- Prepare information for and participate in the project bid;
- Project Schedule planning and forecast;
- Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client);
- Monitor change orders and variations / make contract addendums and price variation accordingly;
- Collect information on competitors and clients; analyze and make appropriate action plans.
- Prepare PIF based on customer requirements and design
- Prepare, negotiate the terms of the contract to meet the needs of both the customer and the company;
- Negotiate and close sales by agreement on terms and conditions;
- Administer client accounts;
- Record and maintain client contact data;
- Update the ICCC list and LQR (Lost Quote Report) for all quotation lost and outstanding PCVs bi-monthly and make sure the information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
- Provide after-sales technical assistance and product education;
- Provides training and production of support materials for new members of the sales team.
Requirements
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture with strong sales capability.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques with a minimum of 2 years of sales
- Experience in Sale of Projects or Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings/Steel Structure
- Good knowledge of the products.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making.
- Self-motivation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Good English speaking and writing.
- High level of honesty/integrity, persuasion, and passion.
- Dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
- Willingness for business meetings and trips; Ability to work under high pressure.
