Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct, and run of all activities within the manufacturing operations for continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
- Set up, develop, and implement manufacturing operation strategies.
- Organize and manage day-to-day activities for the operations of 6 factories with nearly 800 workers.
- Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time delivery.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Optimize plants operations to meet quality and production standards.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Lead and develop the plant leadership team in a trusting, passionate relationship and a can-do mindset.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil engineering/ Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar manufacturing.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Adequate knowledge of business (technical operations and pre-engineering) and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency.
- Have financial knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply methodologies to improve processes.
