2. Pebsteel’s Service Delivery Process
- Conceptualization and solution proposal: Based on the customer’s initial wishes and ideas, Pebsteel quickly proposes a coherent plan for design, production – fabrication, installation, costs, and timeline.
- Contract signing.
- Technical drawings: Executed by over 100 experienced engineers, applying the latest standards and technologies to optimise design and materials.
- Fabrication: The entire fabrication process is carried out at Pebsteel’s factory. All materials undergo rigorous quality checks, including weld inspection using MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection), U.I (Ultrasonic Inspection), S.A-2 metal spraying to clean steel surfaces before painting, and protective coating.
- Installation: All materials are packaged and transported to the construction site for installation. Each prefab steel component is precisely assembled using bolts and screws. Every stage of steel structure installation is rigorously supervised to ensure the highest quality.
- Warranty: Pebsteel provides a 3-year warranty for materials, a 10-year warranty for structures, and always ensures accurate construction according to the set schedule. On-site construction supervision is also conducted rigorously to ensure the best safety and construction quality.
