The building consists of three towers, each standing at a height of 58 meters. It is one of the few buildings in the Philippines that has utilized prefabricated grade 50 steel with bolted connections, requiring no preassembly on site. Additionally, by utilizing pre-engineered building technology, this structure achieved over 20% in material cost savings compared to traditional concrete construction.
