Job Description
- Arrange, assign manpower, vehicle and equipment to unload/ upload materials, products according to deliver plan, production schedule.
- Compliance with safety and quality procedure.
- Supervise all of VTFs loading Team Leaders to finish daily task.
- Making daily loading plan based on weekly loading plan from Warehouse Executive or Warehouse & Loading Manager.
- Ensure unloading/uploading material and finished goods safety, right products, correct quantity as schedule.
- Double-check packing list and report to Warehouse Executive / Warehouse & Loading Manager about the process of delivery.
- Supervise, check quantity of receiving and delivery and make report.
- Ensure all loading workers will compliance with safety policy of factory when working; specially with safety in crane operator according to regulation of government about lifting and crane operation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loading.
- Good at MS. Office
- Can speak English
- Organization skill
- Problem solving and leadership
- Good health
- Carefull, accountable, strong leadership skill
