Factory 1
The first Pebsteel factory is designed in the “I” shape to maximize unobstructed internal production flow. It is equipped with fully automated submerged arc welding lines from Lincoln (USA).
Factory 2
The building displays excellence and innovation in every piece of engineering. It is 17 meters high with a 4:10 slope and is supported by Pebsteel’s castellated beams and open-web-joists system.
The roof is fitted with our special LokSeam® profile – the optimal choice to prevent water leak.
Factory 3
This factory is equipped to produce both pre-engineered building structures and heavy structures, including hot-rolled members for power plants, oil & gas facilities, multi-storey/high-rise buildings, and other special steel structures.
Factory 4
The 4th factory is specialized in a unique design with a wide bay spacing of up to 15 meters without jack beam support.
Pebsteel uses huge size Z300 purlins which are made of Silver180® coated steel (AZ180 Gr/M2). This material is ideal for intensive corrosion resistance.
Factory 5
The first factory to use our special rigid frame PebHybrid®, which can shorten fabricating time and extend the construction life cycle.
The special insulation material PebInsul™ and great ridge ventilation system help to make the interior space cooler and more comfortable. PebWall® and PebLiner™ were chosen for the cladding to enhance the aesthetic of the entire factory.
Factory 6
The 6th plant is more invested in advanced machine systems to produce heavy steel structures for complex structures. Pebsteel applies the latest technical innovation in the pre-engineered buildings industry to the ridge ventilation system, as well as using high-performance PebFoam™ in thermal insulation and PebHybrid® for rigid frames and mezzanine joists.
Factory 7
Located in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, Pebsteel’s factory in Myanmar commits a total fabricating capacity of up to 30,000 MT per year. This large 30,000-square-meter factory and state-of-the-art machinery systems can handle heavy steel structures to quickly meet the toughest demands set by complex structures. The new facility is built with the latest products and technologies from Pebsteel: PebHybrid® for rigid frames and mezzanine joists; modern insulation and ridge ventilation systems; and environmentally friendly paint.
