PEB Steel received Golden Dragon Awards 2014


On 21 March 2015, it was a great honor for PEB Steel Buildings to receive a Golden Dragon Award 2014 for “Most Favourite Brand” at the Ha Noi Opera House, organized by Vietnam Economic Times. This marks the PEB’s fourth consecutive time receiving this prestigious award.

Golden Dragon Award is held annually to honor foreign-invested enterprises that have recorded outstanding achievements over the years and made a significant contribution to Vietnam society.

Mr. Adib Kouteili, Managing Director of PEB Steel shared: “This year’s award is more meaningful to us as PEB has recently the 20th anniversary of operations in Vietnam and inaugurated the 5th factory in Dong Xuyen IP, Vung Tau. Moreover, the award also shows the trust and recognition of community and clients for continuous innovation efforts in product and technology to bring the best steel buildings for Vietnam”.

PEB Steel holds successful seminar at the Ho Chi Minh International University


On March 19, 2015, PEB Steel Buildings held successfully the seminar “Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Its Development Tendency in Construction Industry in Vietnam” at the Ho Chi Minh International University. The annual event is part of series aimed to introduce pre-engineered steel building (PEB) concept to civil and mechanical engineering students at all Vietnam’s universities.

During the seminar, PEB Steel’s representatives conveyed a lot of useful information to students, as well as explained all questions regarding advantages, application, erection time, maintenance, and so forth of pre-engineered steel buildings in reality of construction. The great active interaction between students and PEB Steel’s representatives had brought success to the whole seminar.

On this occasion, PEB Steel delivered a scholarship valued at 26 million dongs to students who achieved outstanding results and a mock-up building to Department of Civil Engineering for studying and teaching affair. Besides, Mr. Adib Kouteili – Managing Director of PEB Steel Buildings and Dr. Ho Nhut Quang – Vice-Rector of International University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in reconfirming a commitment for long time cooperation.

On behalf of HCM International University, Associate Professor – Ph.D. Luu Truong Van expressed his happiness and gratitude to PEB Steel’s management and hopes there will be closer activities to develop the high quality and skillful students.

PEB Steel see Japanese as a potential market


2015 officially opened a new developing era for PEB Steel Buildings with a remark of exporting a project to Japan. This “project” highlights the real growth and prospects of the company. The Japanese market is famous for being strict on design and other technical standards and requirements.

The Japanese Investor Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering (NS Engineering) had to inspect every stage of the project prior to Design, Detailing, Cutting, Welding, Blasting, Painting and Loading. NS Engineering was fully satisfied with PEB Steel’s product.

This successful export gives PEB Steel an opportunity to diversify on the export market besides our traditional markets such as South East Asia, South Asia, South Western Pacific Ocean, Africa.
