Job Description

• Assign job and managing daily tasks of warehouse workers/ loading team.
• Administrate duties as required to assure daily target is achieved.
• Receive goods in Production and updating data on Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
• Deliver goods in terms of receiving Fabrication Order from Planning dept, preparing Packing list.
• Make daily planning for loading.
• Supervise loading leader to manage loading team with safety and efficiency as a priority.
• Co-operate with Production, Planning, CSD, Loading leader to make sure that the loading schedule will be on time.
• Supervise loading job during loading time.
• Train and monitor subordinates according to procedures and policies of the company and safe working practices.
• Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse/ loading team through the economies of large scale with a primary focus on cost control.
• Assist Warehouse Manager in general, administrative issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2- year experience in the production field.
• 1- year experience in a warehouse management position.
• Experience in using STRUMIS & ERP system.
• Leadership, Time management, and team-work spirit.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving skill.
• Good writing and speaking English.
• MS office
• Good health.
