Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Description
  • Developing and maintaining the company’s customer relation system.
  • Generating and managing new sales leads (Projects Curriculum Vitae- PCV) in order to make proposals.
  • Getting minimum PCVs/Month.
  • Building strong relationships with Industrial Parks, Authorities Offices, Consultants & Contractors in provinces and with potential clients overseas as well.
  • Getting information about the investments in provinces as much as possible.
  • Developing good working and personal relations with all licensing authorities, and industrial zones board of management to get information about new investment at a very early stage.
  • Getting information, receiving drawings, checking the information from all sources.
  • Actively reading newspapers and magazines to obtain information about new projects, monitor competitors’ activity.
  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand.
  • Handling PCVs and working with other related departments and following up the PCVs information.
  • Monitoring competitors’ activity, events, projects in the province.


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Construction
  • At least 02 years experience in Marketing & Sales
  • Have a good command of English
  • Good knowledge customer service skill
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good in using computer, especially in PowerPoint.
